We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, floor covering installers, roofers, electrical appliances installers, kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, and labourers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train or arrange for training for team members.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, and prepare production and other reports.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors, in a noisy and dusty environment, at heights, and in various locations.
