Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, floor covering installers, roofers, electrical appliances installers, kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, and labourers.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate costs and materials, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Train or arrange for training for team members as needed.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
