Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at VOIX CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, tilesetters, and labourers.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all construction sites.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order necessary supplies.
  • Train or arrange for training of construction staff.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and staffing.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
