Job Title: Senior Advisor, Organizational Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Organizational Development to join our Human Resources team at the National Film Board of Canada. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving organizational development and change management initiatives that support the NFB's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management on change management and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that build leadership capacity and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the NFB's business objectives and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Work closely with the Communications team to develop internal communication strategies that engage employees and promote organizational change.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in strategic-level organizational development.
  • Excellent knowledge of organizational development, change management, and project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
