We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Advisor to join our team at BDC. As a Senior IT Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and internal controls within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform IT audit projects to ensure the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.
  • Effectively document all phases of the audit, including process, risks, controls, and deficiencies.
  • Prepare audit reports that communicate the audit findings, including root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the development of the IT internal audit plan and quality assessment of the Internal Audit department.
  • Maintain corporate audit independence and objectivity in all assignments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in process review, IT risk management, or internal audit.
  • Experience in financial services is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages and maintain effective relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
