About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Development Advisor to join our Human Resources team at the ALDO Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing corporate human resources programs to contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy corporate human resources programs to support organizational performance and foster an inclusive and engaging work environment.
  • Identify organizational needs to develop and implement effective strategies related to performance, culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Improve existing HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee lifecycle approaches.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and market trends, adapting them to the ALDO Group's culture and evolution.
  • Define performance indicators to measure the impact of talent management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Master's degree in organizational development (an asset).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, specifically in organizational development, talent management, performance management, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create strategic presentations.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence.
  • Project management skills and organizational sense.
