Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at U Need A Pita. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, estimating requirements and ordering as necessary
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
