Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Shri Hari Food Services Inc. O/A Quesada is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
