Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Shri Hari Food Services Inc. O/A Quesada. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory management and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
