Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Shri Hari Food Services Inc. O/A Quesada is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
