At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

About the Role
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fast-paced restaurant environments, with experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene, as well as ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other support personnel.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, maintain high levels of productivity, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and kitchen management software.
