Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring the security team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring the security team is well-organized and efficient.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Initiative, judgement, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
The successful candidate will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a fast-paced work environment and the need to work under pressure.

- Organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
