About the Role

HF Sinclair is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Accurately process payroll for hourly, salaried, and field sales employees, including special compensation and vacation payout adjustments.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Time-Keeping System Administration: Manage the CATS system, including Banked Stats, Earned Days Off, and Vacation Quotas.
  • Employee Support: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare stewardship reports and analysis on payroll and time quotas, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in business administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent years of related work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of on-the-job experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment, with SAP and CATS experience.
  • Skills: Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical and detail-oriented, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and ability to effectively communicate with others.
