Job Title: Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Senior Property Manager to lead our luxury and furnished property management portfolio in the Vancouver area.

This is a full-time employment position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in full property management, preferably working with furnished and luxury homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act and will be responsible for managing a senior portfolio while acting as the Division Manager in our Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a senior portfolio of luxury and furnished residential rental properties in Vancouver
  • Act as the Division Manager in our Vancouver office, leading a team of Property Managers, Leasing Agents, Realtors, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered to clients and tenants
  • Work closely with the sales team to grow the portfolio and bring on new business
  • Handle celebrity and high net-worth clients with ease, poise, and strict confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of residential property management experience
  • BC Property Management License
  • Driving License
  • Fluent and extensive understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
