About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at LIWAN INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY LTD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are met and that tenants are satisfied with their properties.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, and maintenance duties.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Project Management: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners and compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting: Prepare expense and income reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants and provide excellent customer service.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Event Management: Manage events and ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
