Job Description

FPR Renovations Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Human Resources and Operations to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources and operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
