Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other materials for distribution and filing.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with contract and budget preparation and monitoring.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
