Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including manual and electronic correspondence.
  • Prepare and format documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Assist with preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
