At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic inquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and sending and receiving messages.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and formatting page presentations, photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing. You will also order office supplies and maintain inventory, as well as prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.

As an Office Support Specialist, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads. You will work 32 hours per week and must be proficient in English.
