Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
