At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing and formatting page presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Preparing and formatting page presentations
  • Photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets

We offer a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week and a work language of English.
