Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Vermani Trucking Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, meeting deadlines in a timely manner
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record management and access to information
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree not required but an asset
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to work 30-44 hours per week
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
