At ATI, we are seeking a skilled Operations Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve operational goals
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics to minimize disruptions

Supervision: 5-10 people

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
