Meadow Sushi is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume food production, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chef de Cuisine: Supervise and train a team of skilled cooks, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of presentation and taste.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure customer well-being.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong background in culinary arts, experience in supervising staff, and a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management principles.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-40 hours per week, enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
