We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown Chicken and taters. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Plan menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary requirements, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food production.
- Food Preparation: Supervise and participate in the preparation of complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $$60,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
