Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.

  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet services to ensure seamless operation.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for our Web servers.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
