Overview

Building on the success of our procurement services, we're seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Montreal Downtown Office and drive the growth of our strategic procurement practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend procurement best practices, identifying performance gaps or opportunities for improvement in client organizations.
  • Create detailed, pragmatic roadmaps to achieve monetary, efficiency, and profit capture gains.
  • Support clients in developing a target operating model that promotes sound governance, process optimization, and performance-based category management.
  • Assist clients in selecting, implementing, and configuring their procurement systems.
  • Contribute to the training and development of a team of professionals in achieving these objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, or equivalent undergraduate degree combined with relevant work experience.
  • Consulting experience (internal or external) is a strong asset.
  • 1-3 years of related experience for a Consultant, 3-4 years for a Senior Consultant.
  • Experience in business transformation, including performance improvement, process review, governance document drafting, and technology redesign.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) is an asset.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize findings.
  • Autonomy, strong initiative, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills.
