We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Improvement Consultant to join our team at National Bank. Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging your expertise in business process management and organizational diagnostics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align interests and manage expectations, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and propose approaches to drive significant impact on profitability and efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities and changes, demonstrating results-oriented leadership and influence skills.
You will be part of a dynamic team of 4 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. Our team is known for its agility and ability to support various sectors in their simplification efforts. You will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values employee experience, customer experience, efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business process management, organizational diagnostics, and/or project management in a context of transformation/business process management.
- Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues, providing relevant recommendations.
- Creativity in identifying solutions, ensuring their long-term viability.
- Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement.
- Experience in an advisory role to management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or changes, being results-oriented.
- Leadership and influence skills.
