About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Consultant to support our IntactLab in our Information and Technology group in Canada.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and human resources consulting to senior leaders and their teams, driving change and connecting our teams and people to our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional coaching and human resources guidance to business partners, considering market best practices and strategic context.
  • Work with business partners to conduct needs analysis and identify talent management strategies that drive strong organizational structure and proactive resource planning.
  • Develop long-term, comprehensive pictures of the organization's people goals and identify methods to achieve those goals.
  • Lead projects and support the deployment of corporate initiatives and programs.
  • Challenge the status quo by analyzing facts, asking questions, and thinking strategically.
  • Facilitate the deployment of people strategies and initiatives led by the Centre of Expertise (CoE).
  • Conduct investigations and assist managers in conflict management and other issues.
Requirements
  • University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management or combination of Education and relevant experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business and culture drivers and translate them into critical talent strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of raising leadership awareness, cultivating engagement, and creating alignment across teams and levels within the company.
