Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

H.K. SMALL WORLD TRADING LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software and conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce
  • Provide input into product design and consult with clients after sale
  • Train customers' staff and resolve product and service related problems
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour work week. The work language is English.
