Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Cancomm Contracting Ltd. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, estimating costs of installing equipment, and providing input into product design to suit client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide accurate quotes to clients.
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure it meets client requirements.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any product or service-related issues.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
