About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Albesol INC. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
