Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

THRULIQUID INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
