About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. You will also be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, as well as conducting performance reviews.

The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant management. You will be required to organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
