Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability
  • Develop and manage budgets for food costs, ingredients, labor, and other expenses
  • Evaluate and optimize restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members to achieve business objectives
  • Cost products and services to ensure best value for customers
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet quality and quantity standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
