Job Summary:


We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support with income assistance programs, ensuring that individuals receive the benefits they need to maintain a stable living situation.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Assistance Programs:
  • Provide administrative support with income assistance applications and case management
  • Assist with benefit eligibility assessments and ensure accurate processing of payments
  • Client Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with clients regarding their benefits and program requirements
  • Case Management:
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex client issues


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., social work, human services)
  • Experience working in a government or non-profit organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
