**Cypress Motors is expanding its team We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for cars and a knack for customer service, we want you on board**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide customers through the buying process, providing detailed information about our vehicles, including features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and provide clients with a comprehensive demonstration of our vehicles.
- Negotiate terms of sales and leases, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Assist customers with the completion of their paperwork and coordinate with the finance department to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and the dealership's promotions and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in automotive sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or a related field is advantageous.
