Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Oh that's clean. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Work Arrangements

  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language
