Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2765294 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our food service establishment, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including requisitioning food and kitchen essentials as needed.
  • Supervise and train staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that our menu offerings meet our quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work language is English, and we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
