Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.

  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
