Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1046255 Ontario Inc. O/A Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
