  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
