About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solutions Expert to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HCM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions for clients, including Compensation and Payroll modules.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into configurable system objects.
  • Lead workshops and create solution design and configuration workbooks to ensure successful implementation.
  • Configure and test HCM solutions, including integration with Employee Central, Performance, and Goal Management solutions.
  • Provide admin and user training, as well as cutover and post-go-live support to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HCM solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with a strong background in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in Compensation and Payroll, with experience in implementing end-to-end HCM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Design Principles and Implementation methodology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Employee Central and Performance and Goal Management is preferred but not mandatory.
