High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the migration project to SuccessFactors, EC, and ECP, leveraging your extensive experience in implementing similar projects within the last 3-5 years.

Your expertise in Canadian Payroll will be crucial in ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the implementation process. You will develop program roadmaps and annual work plans aligned with SAP Roadmap and Divisional Technology Roadmaps, acting as a key liaison between technology teams and business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, blueprint, design, configure, test, and implement solutions for S/4 HANA Finance and related third-party solutions, including Fiori apps.
  • Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and responding to support incidents.
  • Maintain open communication with user groups by leading meetings to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading SAP HCM Payroll implementations, particularly within the Canadian market.
  • Strong understanding of S/4 HANA Finance and related third-party solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
