Key Responsibilities- Design, install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, troubleshoot issues, and optimize server performance
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in network administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
