Drive Business Expansion in Ontario's Transportation Sector

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth initiatives in Ontario's transportation infrastructure market. As an Environmental Infrastructure Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and securing major transit infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the Ontario transit infrastructure market.
  • Identify opportunities for significant revenue generation and convert leads into successful project wins.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across transit authorities, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Lead the creation of proposals and bid development to align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Marketing to establish pursuit strategies and align on client expectations.
  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships to secure QM Environmental's position in key projects.
  • Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements that align with growth goals.
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry developments, standards, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent QM Environmental at industry events to enhance brand presence and expand networks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales forecasts and market trends.
