Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10146417 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Cash Handling and Security: Manage cash, process transactions, and maintain a secure store environment, including conducting regular inventory counts and monitoring store activity.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, sweeping floors, and performing minor repairs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and team player.

- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
