Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team at 10146417 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize returns, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 cashiers, provide guidance, and support to ensure the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, maintain a clean and secure store, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
