Cashier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Cashier Supervisor to join our team at 10146417 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cashiers, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cashiers to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Manage Cash: Count and reconcile cash drawers, and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 cashiers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills to provide a positive customer experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
