Job Summary:

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll data, employee information, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, employment standards, and benefits
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, and reporting as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
  • Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll-related issues
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as accounting or business administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Knowledge of payroll software and systems
Work Environment:

The Payroll Administrator will work in a general office environment, with regular interaction with employees and management.
